How to Register Your Group
To register for any of our North American cities, please call
(949) 248-8200 or email our Home
Office to verify availability and then send the registration form that
corresponds to the country you live in.
A Note About the Pre-Visit
If you haven't served with us in the city you are signing up for,
a pre-visit will be required by at least one leader. Even if you have served in the
city you are signing up for, we strongly suggest you still do a pre-visit. The
pre-visit is 3 to 4 hours long and gives you a chance to see the housing, ministry sites
and restaurants first-hand. It also allows the city director to get to know more
about you and your group so your trip can be more effectively scheduled. Once
you've registered, the city director will call you to set this up.
Helpful Information When Deciding on Your Group Size
We consider one group to be 10, 12, 14 or 17 total people maximum,
depending on the CSM sites. If you sign up for more than the single group maximum we
will have to split your group up, reserve another ministry track, and turn other groups
away. In this event, we will require a guaranteed minimum from you. (Our next group size
level is 14, 16, or 20, depending on the CSM site.) This will be communicated to you in
writing. Please contact us if you need further clarification on our minimum guarantee
policy. Also, there must be space in your vehicle for the CSM City Host.
Print out the PDF version of the correct form, fill it out and mail
it to us via "snail-mail" with your deposit check of $61 US or $61 CAD per
person, $51 US for college groups. For trips one to three days in length, the deposit
is $20.00 per person.
You can also pay your deposit on a credit card. Choose from the following
options and then fax your form (949-248-7753) to CSM:

process your card.

- If you are not already registered in PayPal,
you must register your credit card by creating a PayPal account. Once you are logged
into PayPal, select the "Send Money" option. When PayPal asks, please use the CSM email address as
email address as "PayCSM@csm.org". Just contact
